Our ZMA tablets are a combination of Zinc, Magnesium and vitamin B6. Zinc is important to help maintain normal testosterone levels, as well as sustaining healthy skin, hair, nails and eyesight.
Magnesium supports psychological and muscoskeletal functions. Vitamin B6 helps with red blood cell formation and supports the nervous system.
ZMA has long been used to maintain health in those who undertake pysical activities and to contribute to getting a good nights sleep.
Suggested Use
Men take 3 or women take 2 tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach approximately 30-60 minutes before going to bed. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium containing foods or supplements.

Other ingredients; Micro crystalline cellulose (bulking agent), di calcium phosphate (bulking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent).
